Cutting-edge engineering, innovative applications for natural and technical gas, with an environmental friendly approach.

At the OMC Med Energy Conference and Exhibition, one of the most important trade fairs in the world in the Oil & Gas sector, the SIAD Group will bring high-level know-how in the field of gases and high specialization in Engineering with its companies: SIAD, SIAD Macchine Impianti (SIAD MI) and ESA.

Starting with the contribution given to the "Ravenna Green Port" project, the first coastal deposit in Italy of liquefied natural gas, built by Depositi Italiani GNL.

SIAD MI designed and installed the Smart LNG plant for the re-liquefaction of evaporated methane (Boil-off Gas) via a nitrogen refrigeration cycle. The nitrogen supply will be granted by SIAD. SIAD MI also designed and installed reciprocating compressors for the recovery of the Boil-Off-Gas produced in the depot and during transfers from the ship.

SIAD, which has always been committed to the search for sustainable solutions through innovative gas applications, will present at the OMC in Ravenna the new opportunities for introducing hydrogen into methane pipelines, in order to reduce CO₂ emissions in the field industrial and domestic. SIAD is also a producer and distributor of CO₂, a highly performing natural refrigerant, for example, for large-scale distribution, and of oxygen and helium mixtures for offshore diving.

As a corollary of the technologies for injecting hydrogen into the grid, the SIAD Group is engaged in the "energy transition" with ESA Spa, a leader in industrial combustion technologies, which will present burners capable of using hydromethane, hydrogen, process gas, air and / or oxygen, in different percentages and in multiple applications.
