From November 4 to 6 2025, Gulfood Manufacturing, one of the world's leading trade fairs for the food and beverage industry and the main event for the sector in the MENA area, will be held in the United Arab Emirates. The event, hosted by the Dubai World Trade Center, will bring together thousands of exhibitors from around the world to present solutions and technologies for food and beverage processing and packaging.

Once again this year, the PET Division of SIAD Macchine Impianti (SIAD MI) will be attending this important industry event with the aim of further consolidating its position in the strategic Gulf market, where the company operates through an authorized service center: SIAD Macchine Impianti Middle East F.Z. C

The focus of the SIAD MI stand will be on VITO Next, the oil-free compressor designed for blowing rPET and PLA bottles. Designed to ensure high operating efficiency, it integrates key functions for sustainability and energy saving such as the Heat Recovery System (HRS), which enables heat recovery from industrial processes up to 75-80°C. The thermal energy collected in this way is made available to other processes, resulting in a reduction in heating costs.

VITO Next is equipped with high-efficiency IE4 motors and silenced filters for keeping noise to a minimum. The compact design with an ergonomic skid simplifies installation and enables easier maintenance. The variable speed inverter and the 0/50/100 flow rate adjustment allow dynamic adaptation of the gas flow rate, reducing consumption based on the actual production requirements of the system.

The compressor, which guarantees up to 8,000 working hours between maintenance operations, can be supplied in turnkey mode to simplify operation and start-up in the destination plants.

The offer is completed by the SIADMI4U program from the Global Service Division, which enables remote monitoring of compressors and automatically detects any malfunctions. Thanks to remote monitoring, SIAD MI technicians can intervene anywhere in the world, ensuring greater operational continuity of the plants and minimizing the risk of machine downtime.
