SIAD designs and delivers custom Nitrogen Wash Units built for the exacting purity requirements of ammonia synthesis, low-carbon blue hydrogen, and industrial syngas production. Designed specifically low carbon ammonia processes utilizing Autothermal Reforming (ATR), our cryogenic NWUs remove residual impurities, such as carbon monoxide (CO) and methane (CH4) to trace ppm levels, ensuring downstream synthesis loops receive precisely conditioned feed gas, every time.
Each unit is engineered as a complete, shop-fabricated Cold Box module, maximizing pre-fabrication quality and reducing field construction timelines. With a design life of 25 years and compliance with ASME, PED, CRN, and API standards, SIAD's NWUs are built to perform reliably and consistently over the long term.
