Oxygen Gas Plants
Our Double Rectification Gas (DRG) series ASUs are custom designed to specific customer requirements of production flow rate, pressure and purity. DRG plants can provide up to 3,800 MTPD (4,200 sTPD) of oxygen. Typical applications include wastewater treatment, steel making and other metallurgical processes, glass making, chemical and petrochemicals, cement, power, pulp and paper, renewable energy and others. We are also supplying oxygen gas plants for the energy transition initiatives including auto-thermal reforming, gasification of biomass, and novel combustion processes for producing hydrogen and/or electric power, and direct air capture.
An extremely flexible supply alternative, DRG plants can be configured to produce oxygen only or to simultaneously produce oxygen and nitrogen only or oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. Each product can be produced in multiple streams over a range of supply modes including simultaneous streams of liquid product for backup or peak shaving.
