Scope and Purpose of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SIAD Americas LLC (“SIAD AMERICAS”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, shares, and otherwise processes your Personal Data in connection with your relationship with us – as an SIAD AMERICAS customer, acting for a customer or being generally interested in our products, services and publications in accordance with applicable data privacy laws.

We make those transfers under intrafirm agreements that contain clauses consistent with those mandated by the GDPR. While that data are located in the United States, SIAD AMERICAS will endeavor to provide a level of data protection level equal to that which it provides in the EU.
