SIAD Americas LLC is the Americas operating subsidiary of SIAD Macchine Impianti S.p.A. (SIAD Ml), Bergamo, ltaly. SIAD MI is a leading global provider of engineered equipment including, gaseous and liquid cryogenic air separation units (ASU), natural gas liquefiers (LNG), CO2 and Biogas upgrading plants; and reciprocating compressors, including API 618 process and oil-free hydrogen, oxygen and air. SIAD Ml with its engineering and fabrication subsidiaries in ltaly, China and Brazil, provides engineered equipment solutions to meet the demanding requirement of our customers in the global chemicals, metals, energy, food and beverage, electronic, EPC and industrial gases industries. SIAD Ml is a wholly owned subsidiary of SIAD S.p.A., Bergamo, ltaly, a family-owned European industrial gases and engineering company, established in 1927, with over €1.1 billion in annual revenue and 2,200+ employees worldwide. SIAD Engineering including SIAD Ml and its subsidiaries, has supplied over 600 ASUs and LNG plants, 300 CO2 capture and liquefaction plants and 5000 reciprocating process gas and air compressors to customers worldwide.

- The Engineering Business of the SIAD Group operates in the fields of ASU, LNG, CO2 and biog as plants, process compression and combustion systems. In addition, SIAD Macchine Impianti and its subsidiaries are present in Europe, Middle East, Far East and in the Americas with more than 15 worldwide entities and a global alliance network.
- SIAD Americas LLC Engineered Equipment develops standardized and customized air separation units, small sacle LNG plants, reciprocating compressors for process gases and air, and standard compressors for PET.
- Tecno Project Industriale (TPI) is the company within the SIAD Group specialized in CO2 capture, liquefaction and production plants; in biogas upgrading solutions and biomethane liquefaction systems. The company has a branch in Brazil, Tecno Project Industrial Ltd, and a subsidiary in Italy, Pentatec, dedicated to the design and production of gas analysis systems.
- ESA is a company that manufactures components for industrial combustion: burners, control Instruments, fuel feeding skids. It operates through two Branches in Belgium and Germany and one subsidiary in India ( ESA Manufacturing Pvt Ltd). ESA boasts an R&D test center with 7 furnaces with facilities to test any gas including Hydrogen and Oxygen.
- SIAD Engineering (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of ASUs. It also engineers and manufactures reciprocating compressors for process gases and air and PET compressors plus CO2 plants for sale in China.
- SIAD Engineering Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is SIAD’s international trading company in China for compressors and ASUs made by SIAD Engineering (Hangzhou) and SIAD Macchine Impianti. It is also a Certified Service Center that provides service and spare parts for the compression systems subplied to customers in China.
- SIAD Macchine Impianti Middle East FZC is a Global Service facility located in the Ajman Free Zone, UAE. The company provides full technical service subport to customers in the Persian Gulf area for PET compressors, reciprocating compressors and air separation units.
- SIAD Macchine Impianti Sucursal de España handles the SIAD Macchine Impianti’s interests and activities in Spain.
- SIAD Macchine Impianti Niederlassung Deutschland provides service in Germany and coordinates service activities in Central and Nord European countries.
